Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide digital strategy, integrating AI and data-driven approaches to drive transformation and innovation across all functions. Champion digital adoption, explore and implement AI solutions to address business needs.  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, aligning digital initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards.
 

The Job

  • Develop and implement digital strategy and transformation plans, integrating AI and data-driven approaches to transform business operations and customer engagement
  • Oversee digital transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration of digital initiatives across all functions
  • Identify, develop, and implement AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, risk management, decision-making, and unlock new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to foster innovation, explore and implement digital and AI initiatives
  • Promote digital and AI achievements in internal and external events

The Person

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields
  • 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or related roles within insurance or financial services
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical AI practices
  • Expertise in digital strategy, AI technologies (including generative AI), data analytics, and digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry trends (e.g., insurtech, sustainability, cyber risk)
  • Solid experience in driving technology innovations
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and drive adoption
  • A combination of hands-on experience in in-house insurance operations and a background of consultancy on digital or technological transformation for insurance or banking industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date with industry best practices, including Agile methodology, change management and digital adoption strategies
