Title and Summary
Director Send Product Development
Overview:
This position is part of the Mastercard Send Standards and Compliance Team, within MasterCard's Global Send Product organization. Send is a highly visible Mastercard offering that focuses on domestic and cross-border funds transfers involving card accounts.
The position will work in a highly collaborative manner with the various regional and global Mastercard Send teams, with the Legal, Franchise, and with the Send Compliance Officer.
Role:
1. Develop and manage the Send Standards (primary responsibility).
2. Contribute to the identification of short-term enhancements and to the definition of the long-term strategy of Mastercard Send.
3. Actively contribute to a wide range of Send-related product development initiatives.
4. Represent Mastercard in customer meetings and industry events.
5. Address internal and external queries about Send Standards.
6. Promote awareness of upcoming global Send publications by the wider global Send Product team and by the various regional Send teams;
