POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for delivering executive-level visibility and enabling informed decision-making across Information Security and Technology Operations. This role owns the development of clear, consistent reporting for leadership, drives strategic planning support, and ensures operational transparency. This role will produce high-quality executive materials, streamline processes, and create frameworks that connect security initiatives to business outcomes. This leader partners closely with other leaders and stakeholders to translate complex programs into actionable insights and narratives. They cultivate a high-performing team, mature reporting automation, and drive continuous improvement in how Information Security and Technology Operations measure, communicate, and enable results.
DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems that deliver key business insights to executive management for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations on business strategy and operations.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the organization’s performance across various metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine reporting processes and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of executive communications.
- Lead cross-functional projects that require synthesizing data from various sources and presenting complex information in an understandable format.
- Serve as a liaison between Information Security teams and senior executives, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy in reports.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain the integrity of all executive-level reporting.
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Information systems or related field.
- 8- 10 years as a leader in information security or other technology disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience creating compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.

- Automate recurring reporting processes and optimize workflows.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate complex insights, trends, and business implications.
- Translate technical findings and analyses into visually compelling narratives that support decision-making.
- Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all presentation materials, adhering to brand and communication standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance storytelling through visualizations, infographics, and concise messaging.
- Support quarterly business reviews, governance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with high-impact presentation materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective and professional relationships across the organization and with customers.

- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Working on-site at assigned office location.
- Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
- Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
- Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
- Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
- Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
- Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
