The Opportunity

 

For decades, the FICO® Score has maintained its status as the gold standard in credit scoring. FICO’s B2B credit scores help make fair and responsible lending possible for millions of consumers every year. As a Product Manager in our B2B Scores organization supporting our international markets, this individual contributor role will support the one-to-three-year strategy, roadmap execution and support of FICO’s most critical and widely adopted product suite, our core scores, as well as the alternative data scoring products. You will work closely with senior product leaders and cross-functionally, collaborating closely with analytics, business development, legal, marketing and credit bureau and other partners to support the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization—ensuring our Scores products continue to deliver trusted, high-impact solutions to the lending industry.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Support market research and voice of customer initiatives to identify emerging trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics that inform product direction.

  • Synthesize intel from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to generate insights that shape short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring continued relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores credit offerings.

  • Work with key data and technology partners to support and enhance product offerings.

  • Support external engagements, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will include co-developing and delivering training programs and supporting the creation of product focused materials.

  • Collaborate with analytics, software, business development, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

  • Author business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to guide development and ensure alignment with market needs.

  • Partner with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure product designs align with applicable regulations; lead established compliance processes and deliver required documentation on schedule.

 

What We’re Seeking

 

  • Proven expertise and knowledge of financial services, credit bureau and/or alternative data ecosystems within the ASPAC region.

  • Deep expertise in B2B product management demonstrated through a successful track record of delivery of high impact solutions and increasing leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in deliverables. 

  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by continuously identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and market expansion to drive business results.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage various audiences both internally and externally (ex: Business Development, Software, Analytics, Leadership) and convey complex concepts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).

  • Intellectually curious, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

  • Collaborative and low-ego approach, fostering strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve goals.

  • Willing to do what is needed, taking on a variety of responsibilities to drive product success.
