The Role

We are searching for a  Director, SAP Supply Chain to join our IT team.  In this position, you will partner with our business teams to identify and resolve process gaps and implement new technologies, tools, and processes. You’ll manage the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions in SAP and Logility (Our current planning system). You’ll conduct training, document processes, support the business in day-to-day activities, understand business requirements and issues, and work closely with Fender business team members to implement solutions. 

 Essential Functions:

  • Own partnerships with our Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to implement new processes and technology while supporting our current processes and technology.
  • Interact with members of Fender’s Leadership Team
  • Manage and support multiple projects concurrently.
  • Support our eCommerce and Dealer Portal integration with SAP.
  • Partner with our Planning team, using our Logility Planning soluti, to manage and implement new features in the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning modules of Logility.
  • Understand key SAP integration points with SD, PP, MM, and FI
  • Lead projects/partner with the business on Finance projects that meet end-user needs and improve Fender financial and manufacturing results.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field.
  • 8 years SAP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance experience.
  • 3 years Planning solution experience (SAP IBP, Logility, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills are required.  Must have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with fellow IT team members in solving problems with respect, trust, honesty and professionalism - building a positive and fun work space
  • Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
