The Vice President of SAP Solutions will lead Navaide’s SAP practice, focusing on delivering robust, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related integrations, with a focus on federal government environments. The Director will manage and develop a team of SAP professionals, oversee delivery excellence, and ensure that our SAP services are consistently aligned with client objectives and emerging industry trends.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and technical requirements for scalability, security, and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP solution lifecycle management, from blueprinting and deployment to post-implementation support.
• Direct SAP functional and technical teams to ensure the integration of SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others, ensuring seamless operations across client environments.
• Drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and cloud migration strategies, implementing best practices in SAP architecture (including ABAP development, SAP UI5/Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Leverage emerging SAP technologies such as SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP HANA, and SAP AI/ML integration to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of federal clients.
• Advocate for the use of SAP Activate methodology in all SAP projects, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to SAP transformations.
• Lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems such as Appian, Salesforce, and legacy government systems, ensuring data consistency and process optimization.
• Implement data governance frameworks and ensure effective master data management within SAP ecosystems.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Navaide’s SAP practice, supporting business development activities through technical expertise and client consultations.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and technical demonstrations for potential clients, positioning Navaide as a leader in SAP solutions for the federal sector.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP architects, consultants, and developers, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within the SAP practice and across Navaide’s other service lines, such as Digital Transformation and Data Science.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, including deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation, and migration.
• Proficient in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and modern user experience design within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and their integration points.
• Experience with SAP HANA, ABAP development, and cloud deployments (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform or AWS/Azure hosting for SAP).
• Expertise in SAP data migration tools and techniques, including SAP Data Services, LSMW, and IDocs.
• Proven experience leading SAP teams, with the ability to manage both onshore and offshore resources.
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Navaide’s SAP practice.
• Prior experience in SAP implementations for federal agencies or defense clients, with a solid understanding of the complexities in government contracting and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Technology Specialist) are preferred.
