Any Drone. Any Scale. Anywhere. We build resilient communication, navigation, and coordination systems for the age of autonomy.

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our commercial organization in a fast‑growing defence technology company building cutting‑edge solutions for the drone era. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a world‑class sales team in a complex, mission‑critical environment.

You will operate at the intersection of advanced technology and global markets, working with sophisticated customers and stakeholders across defence, aerospace, and related industries. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands‑on deal leadership, particularly in long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.

As Sales Director, you will define and execute go‑to‑market strategy, improve commercial performance, and ensure sales excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution. You will also play a key role in scaling the organization, developing talent, and shaping how we engage with strategic customers and partners globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives and Key Account Executives

  • Set targets, sales cadence, and pipeline management standards

  • Drive forecasting discipline, deal reviews, and performance management

  • Build and improve sales processes, coverage models, and territory/account allocation

  • Support major negotiations and strategic deals

  • Align sales execution with product, operations, finance, legal, and leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent

  • Ensure CRM data and sales reporting are accurate and decision‑useful

  • Identify gaps in commercial performance and implement improvements

  • Contribute to pricing strategy, sales planning, and go‑to‑market execution

  • English: C1 preferred; strong B2 acceptable if other qualifications are strong

Experience

  • Strong B2B sales leadership experience in a complex or technical environment

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and improve a team‑based sales organization

  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial decision‑making skills

  • Experience with complex deals, long sales cycles, and multi‑stakeholder selling

  • Strong coaching and performance management capabilities

  • Excellent executive communication and cross‑functional influence

Nice to Have

  • Experience in defence, aerospace, electronics, telecom, or industrial manufacturing

  • Experience building sales processes in a scaling company

  • Familiarity with channel models, strategic OEM sales, or international expansion

If this role resonates with your experience and ambitions, we invite you to apply and take the next step in shaping high‑impact customer partnerships in a rapidly evolving defence technology landscape.
