Centaris is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth!

The Director of Sales plays a critical role in executing Centaris’ go-to-market strategy, scaling the sales function, and delivering predictable revenue performance. They will partner with the CRO to execute Centaris’ revenue strategy and achieve growth targets. The successful candidate will possess a service-oriented mindset with a desire for clients to have a positive sales and support experience.

Requirements

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team including hiring, training, and performance management 
  • Translate high-level revenue goals into actionable sales plans and quotas 
  • Own pipeline health, deal execution, and sales forecasting accuracy 
  • Drive accountability through KPI tracking, regular performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market initiatives 
  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies 
  • Personally engage in strategic deals and key customer relationships when needed 
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and visibility 
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to the CRO and executive team

  


Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS preferred in marketing or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 3-5+ years in leadership role
  • IT experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with selling Cybersecurity and Managed IT solutions 
  • Passionate about connecting with prospective clients 
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership (e.g., CRO, CEO) 
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations expertise 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
