We are seeking a highly experienced and senior sales professional to join our sales team, focused on the global defense market and advanced command and control solutions.
In this role, you will take full ownership of strategic sales opportunities, leading complex and long-cycle defense engagements from early shaping through contract award. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint with defense and security customers worldwide, serving as a trusted commercial and technical partner for our command and control offerings.
This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role with significant influence on revenue growth, customer relationships, and market positioning.
- Extensive experience selling command and control / C2-C4I solutions into the global defense market – a must.
- Minimum 8–10 years of successful sales experience in defense, including large, complex, and long-cycle programs.
- Proven ability to independently lead and close high-value opportunities.
- Strong capability in preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and contractual inputs.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on command and control architectures and concepts.
- Proven experience working with defense, military, or national security organizations.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments and align multiple internal teams around sales objectives.
- Experience leading multi-proposal efforts and competitive tenders.
- Background in project or program management in defense – a strong advantage.
- Fluent English: additional European language is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent business education – an advantage
