What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Marketing or related field OR equivalent education and/or experience.
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a high growth environment.
- 4+ years of experience in leading managers or other senior level managers.
- Proven ability to develop and manage high-performance, result-oriented teams. Extensive experience in leading teams with dynamic and transforming environments while managing through change and ensuring smooth transitions and continuous team engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing long-term growth strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams to consistently surpass growth and profit objectives.
- Dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Possesses strong data-driven expertise in establishing, monitoring, and analyzing revenue metrics and pipeline data to optimize team performance.
- Proven track record in forecasting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
