Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
Primary requirement for this position is to grow our Product Engineering business in Embedded, Digital and QA service offerings.
The candidate should have first-hand experience working in engineering design services companies with global footprint / and execution teams across multiple geographies. Candidate should be well versed with outsourcing Industry and managing a portfolio of $10-20M+ selling in Aerospace, Industrial and /or Medical
Devices segment. A thorough understanding of the embedded and digital eco-system landscape. Prior experience of managing a regional team would be highly desirable.
Strong experience in building C-Suite relations, working on QBR, value propositions and Direct experience of sales process from prospecting to close and experience collaborating with internal, and client remote (offsite) engineering / technical teams is very essential.
Quota driven sales experience in the Product Engineering Services space.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to be an independent contributor along sides with managing a team. Ideal position for someone who has managed a small team and is desiring to grow from there.
  • Ability to Hunt / prospect / grow existing large ($2B+) accounts to provide an annunity based engineering services business.
  • Able to engage customers in Embedded / Software / Digital services space.
  • Revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in western region outside bay area
  • Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10-20 years' experience with direct Digital and Embedded engineering services sales capacity to large enterprise clients. Carrying an individual and team sales quota.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota achievement upwards of $20M+ and Large Account Management
  • Able and willing to develop client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customer base
  • Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP engineering management (client's side)
  • Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
  • Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and engage the potential customer with


"consultative selling" is essential.

  • Experience in managing a sales team, inside sales team would be preference.
  • 25% travel in US Midwest territory


EDUCATION BACKGROUND

  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering.
  • MBA (Desirable)
  • Experience and exposure to Solution Selling | Miller Heiman methodology | SPIN Selling | Challenger Sales (Desirable)


Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$161,800.00 - $176,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
