What You'll Do
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy in line with the hotel's commercial objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, group, leisure and transient segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support the Commercial Manager in the development and implementation of hotel commercial strategies and action plans.
Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth across rooms, meetings, events, and catering.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Focus on growing market share through strategic account management and new business development.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
- Ensure effective deployment of sales resources to maximize return on investment.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, destination management companies, and key decisionmakers.
- Represent Hilton Tallinn Park at sales trips, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Conduct client presentations, property tours, contract negotiations, and business reviews.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure long-term client retention.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance and development discussions.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure effective use of Hilton sales systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Commercial Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Groups & Events, and operational leaders to maximize hotel performance.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and annual business planning.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making through market intelligence and performance analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales and regional commercial teams.
Performance & Financial Management
- Support the preparation and management of annual budgets and commercial plans.
- Monitor sales productivity, conversion, account performance, and business mix.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Analyze performance results and implement corrective actions where necessary.

- Familiarity with Opera, Delphi, Salesforce and other hotel sales systems.
- Existing network within the corporate and MICE sectors.
- Estonian language skills would be an advantage.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
- At least 2-3 years in a sales leadership position such as ADOS, DOS, or similar.
