The Opportunity

Apera AI is looking for a revenue leader who thrives in the field, not behind a desk or dashboard. As Director of Sales (US & Canada), you’ll own pipeline, forecast, and expansion in a region that’s critical to our next phase of growth.

We need a builder. Someone who can run disciplined weekly sales cadences, coach high-performance teams, and engage directly with executives at top manufacturing accounts. This is 50% field execution, 50% strategic acceleration. This role will have a seat at the table to shape the future of Apera AI!

  • Deep customer visibility and strategic deal ownership
  • A team that obsesses over pipeline discipline, not pipeline drama
  • A real shot at VP-level responsibility 18-24 months

What you’ll actually do:

  • Achieve 100%+ revenue targets
  • Be on-site with customers 3–4 days a weeks 3 out of every 4 weeks
  • Coach SAMs and BDMs on customer qualification, progression, and expansion
  • Run tight weekly deal clinics and activity audits
  • Drive CRM accuracy and forecast precision
