The Opportunity
Apera AI is looking for a revenue leader who thrives in the field, not behind a desk or dashboard. As Director of Sales (US & Canada), you’ll own pipeline, forecast, and expansion in a region that’s critical to our next phase of growth.
We need a builder. Someone who can run disciplined weekly sales cadences, coach high-performance teams, and engage directly with executives at top manufacturing accounts. This is 50% field execution, 50% strategic acceleration. This role will have a seat at the table to shape the future of Apera AI!

What you’ll actually do:
- Achieve 100%+ revenue targets
- Be on-site with customers 3–4 days a weeks 3 out of every 4 weeks
- Coach SAMs and BDMs on customer qualification, progression, and expansion
- Run tight weekly deal clinics and activity audits
- Drive CRM accuracy and forecast precision
