The Sales team at AgentSync has scaled rapidly due to steadily increasing customer demand and product market fit. AgentSync is continuing to invest in our Enterprise and Strategic segments, as demand from the largest insurance carriers, FMOs and MGAs look to reinvent their distribution and compliance processes. • Manage a team of 4-5 AEs within the Strategic segment, responsible for the largest insurance organizations in the US
  • Be an active member of the Strategic deal teams:  overseeing that AEs are acting as the CEO of their territories, lead development, aligning on strategy, persona mapping, use case development, and executive alignment for six and seven figure opportunities.
  • Advance and improve existing sales and forecasting processes
  • Recruiting and hiring world class sales talent
  • Culture champion: culture of consistent high performance through instrumentation and coaching of sales process
  • Provide support on highly complex large strategic deals through cross functional collaboration and team selling
  • Continue to iterate on the foundation of our high velocity Customer Engagement Process
  • Reinforce MEDDIC sales playbook
  • Orchestrate enablement and insurance vertical best practices for the entire sales team
  • Create momentum through industry contacts to create upper funnel opportunity and executive alignment with prospects
  • Partner closely with product and marketing to drive strategy
  • Take smart bets: A/B test our sales plays and find opportunities to improve
Your experience:
  • 7+ years of first or second line leadership and people management experience in B2B managing complex, multi-year deal cycles.
  • 10+ years of quota carrying sales experience in B2B SAAS
  • 5+ years of experience selling high six and seven figure opportunities
  • Sales experience in Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts, preferably selling to legacy industries (financial services, insurance, banking, etc)
  • Experience coaching to sales methodology (MEDDIC)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience selling to insurance companies and/or the Salesforce ISV partner ecosystem
