The Director of Revenue Operations at Lumin Digital will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, consistency, and strategy across all revenue-generating functions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a hands-on leader capable of working with a diverse, cross functional teams such as marketing operations, sales enablement, events, pricing, finance, and legal contracts. The Director will ensure alignment between these functions to optimize performance and scale revenue operations effectively. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and aligning go-to-market strategies with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create, Grow and Lead the operations of the Revenue Operations team, which has a shared responsibility model across multiple departments including Marketing/Enablement, Marketing/Sales Operations, Marketing/Events, Pricing/Finance, and Legal/SOW management.
- Assist in the development and ongoing cadence of the consultant program and partner enablement initiatives.
- Create and collaborate HubSpot reports, dashboards, and BOD decks/data to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of key sales events, including SKOs, QBR’s and other Sales related meetings and functions.
- Assist in the management and ongoing changes in the company’s price book, margin analysis advancements, and implementing new SKU’s in coordination with Product Management.
- Ensure proper alignment and execution of contracts (SOW) and legal processes in collaboration with the Legal and Delivery departments.
- Partner with finance to update partners on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Role Growth Trajectory:
- 30 Days: Understand the current revenue operations landscape, meet with key stakeholders, and familiarize yourself with the existing processes and tools.
- 90 Days: Begin to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance communication between marketing, sales, and finance teams.
- 1 Year: Lead the successful integration of new revenue strategies, improve operational efficiencies, and establish Lumin Digital as a leader in revenue operations best practices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Required:
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven track record in leading revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across multiple departments.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial modeling and margin analysis.
- Legal knowledge related to SOW and contracts.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s degree or additional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Revenue Operations, Project Management) is preferred.
