What You'll Do
- Drive occupancy growth while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Manage the entire sales journey, from lead generation and prospecting to tours, follow-up, and move-in
- Create memorable, personalized experiences that convert prospects into residents
- Respond to inquiries with urgency and professionalism. Speed-to-lead matters.
- Develop and strengthen referral partnerships through networking, outreach, and community engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline management
- Partner with leadership to create and execute strategic 30-60-90-day sales and marketing plans
Who You Are
- 3+ years of proven sales success, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
- A confident closer who can guide families through thoughtful, high-value decisions
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by achieving goals
- Skilled at building trust, creating connections, and generating referrals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
