- 1. Build & Lead a High-Performing Agent Team
- Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier sales team across resale and off-plan.
- Implement clear professional standards, KPIs, incentives, and accountability frameworks.
- Shape a culture built on performance, customer service, and continuous learning.
- 2. Sales Execution & Funnel Leadership
- Own the full sales funnel: lead assignment, qualification, nurturing, negotiation, and closing.
- Deploy proven sales playbooks, scripts, and structured processes to maximise conversion rates.
- Drive daily execution discipline and ensure strong transaction velocity.
- 3. Agent Growth & Productivity
- Monitor and continuously improve key metrics including conversion, revenue per agent, and deal cycle time.
- Run weekly coaching, upskilling, and performance improvement programs.
- Develop future team leaders and managers as the brokerage scales.
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with Marketing to maximise lead quality, volume, and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to enhance CRM workflows, automations, and agent tools.
- Coordinate with Operations and Country Leadership to ensure smooth, compliant transaction execution.
- 5. Strategic Expansion & Market Development
- Scale the brokerage across key Manila districts and plan expansion into additional Philippine cities.
- Introduce and optimise specialised roles such as listing agents, viewing agents, and inside sales.
- Contribute to country-level strategy, pricing models, and the long-term brokerage growth roadmap.
- 6. Market Ownership & Governance
- Own sales performance for the Philippines, including revenue, GTV, agent productivity, and cost discipline.
- Ensure compliance with all local brokerage regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
- Represent FazWaz Brokerage with developers, partners, and key market stakeholders.
- Build a scalable organization structure and leadership bench to support national expansion.
Is this you:
- Atleast 7+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or high-performance sales.
- Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and scaling agent teams.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine resale and off-plan property markets.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, lead management systems, and structured sales pipelines.
- A hands-on leadership style with strong coaching ability and execution focus.
