Job Summary

IPConfigure is seeking a Full-time Director of Sales to land and expand the company's European market while hyper focused on revenue and territory growth through expansion of resellers and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Tenacious and driven execution of software sales.
• Grow revenue to facilitate sales team growth (land and expand).
• Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources amongst, sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations.
• Act as company representative at trade association events

• Entrepreneurial at heart.
• Passionate about customer success.
• Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
• Demonstrate initiative in helping others achieve their goals.
• Knowledge of the full Sales cycle, with demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of physical security sales management experience.
