Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to equip our sales team with sales enablement, sales pipeline tools, resources, and support needed to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and a proven history of developing and managing high-impact sales enablement and contracting programs.
In addition, this key executive role is responsible for leading and overseeing the contract creation, management and negotiation functions, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and corporate policies. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the sales enablement and contracts team through process efficiency and constant improvement strategies to help support internal key stakeholders in driving revenue and profit for the corporation. Will serve as key leader and expert for company in Sales Enablement, Pipeline and Contracting driving toward corporate revenue and profit goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales enablement pipeline strategies to increase sales productivity and help drive revenue growth through effective use of CRM tools, dashboards.
- Build strong working relationships with sales and product leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of sales enablement initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales enablement programs to align with team needs and company objectives.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to maximize the impact of product launches.
- Develops, updates and maintains metrics, dashboards to ensure executive leadership visibility into Sales Pipeline tools and Contract Lifecycle.
- Directly responsible for Contracts, designing, managing, and driving effective solutions for the development, negotiation, and execution of all Client contracts.
- Partners collaboratively with Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure contracting lifecycle process is efficient and effective supporting complex contractual negotiations with Clients as required.
- Ensures contract management tracking systems and repositories are maintained, improving tools to support contract and revenue visibility for the business.
- Provide strategic guidance on contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
- SME of payment industry and proven track record of managing Segment-level businesses.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end Sales Enablement and Contract lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of business financials including P&L Statements and Income Statements.
- Bias towards experimentation but not afraid of making an educate decision
- Driven and team oriented with developed ability to influence.
- Experience managing revenue and profitability.
Ability to:
- Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
- Strong leadership presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management internally and external.
- Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
- Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
Education and Training:
- 15+ years in Sales Enablement strategies and Contract Lifecyle Management.
- 12+ years’ experience in the Financial, or Fintech Services space as a leader
- 10+ years' experience in SaaS based software experience
- Bachelor's degree required
Benefits and Compensation
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $100k-$130k /year)
