Role
Aman at Sea is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales – EMEA to lead our sales efforts across (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). This pivotal role will be based in Central Europe on a Remote basis and will see you shaping sales strategies, cultivating key relationships, and driving revenue growth across some of the world’s most diverse and influential luxury travel markets.

As a senior ambassador for Aman at Sea, you will embody the elegance, discretion, and service ethos that define our brand while building awareness, strengthening partnerships, and delivering financial success across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and dynamic sales leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for EMEA in alignment with global business objectives.

  • Identify new growth opportunities across established and emerging luxury markets.

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with leading travel agency partners, luxury consortia, tour operators, and wholesalers.

  • Represent Aman at Sea at high-profile trade events, conferences, and partner activations, building visibility and influence across the region.

  • Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, revenue, and onboard teams to ensure regional insights shape campaigns, pricing, and guest experience.

  • Drive effective account planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to deliver on ambitious revenue targets.

  • Support partners with co-branded initiatives, joint marketing activities, and strategic campaigns that align with Aman’s luxury positioning.

  • Provide valuable market insights and recommendations to influence product development and future growth.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, building strong trust with partners and delivering Aman’s promise of unparalleled service.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hospitality management; an MBA is preferred.

  • 7+ years of luxury sales experience in group sales, MICE, or charter sales, within luxury cruises required.

  • A proven track record of success in leisure sales, driving revenue growth and managing diverse markets.

  • Possess an extensive network across the EMEA luxury travel trade community, with strong connections at the consortia, key account, GSA, and agency level.

  • An inspiring leader with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially astute, with strong analytical, forecasting, and budget-management skills.

  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

  • Highly motivated, independent, and flexible, with the ability to travel extensively (30%+).

  • Thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across global teams.
