The Role

The Role
Apryse is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales and Service, End User Products with a strong background in end user applications to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and executing on those plans. This Sales and Service Leader will be responsible for leading and managing sales and service initiatives related to our end user applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of end user application solutions, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional service management skills. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are able to find creative answers to complex and seemingly impossible challenges, while you sell new products from within an established company that needs to achieve and execute on revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion with end user products in mind.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Oversee the delivery of services related to end user applications, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
    • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess service performance and address any concerns.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Implement and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals; Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
    • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track progress against them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape; Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to refine sales and service strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, service delivery, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service requests.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and services management, with a focus on end user applications.
    • Private equity experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing a book of business $10-$20M and greater.
  • Strong understanding of end user application solutions and their impact on business operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Software sales leadership experience with demonstrated ability for developing territories, leading change management and building scale from early stage to midsize organizations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with an on target earning range between $220,000-260,000 USD.
