Compensation: $90,000-95,000, depending on qualifications, with additional incentive commission and performance-based bonus potential

Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team! This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and maintain occupancy goals while also achieving strong budget performance
- Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Ensure back-up plans are in place to properly handle inquiries/tours at all times.
- Partner with the management team to align sales and marketing efforts with operational goals, developing and implementing strategies for increasing qualified inquiries, traffic and sales, which can include, but are not limited to:
- Community Events
- Educational Seminars
- Professional Networking
- Advertising
- Public Relations
- Achieve, track and report on LCS KPI metrics including occupancy, lead generation, conversion rates etc.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in CRM ensuring “next steps” are scheduled to maintain constant contact.
- Collaborate with the LCS marketing team and agency partners to execute advertising and promotional strategies including digital marketing, social media and the community’s website.
Lead a team of sales professionals, which includes providing ongoing coaching, training and mentoring on best practices and community standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing and sales. Knowledge of senior living industry preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as SalesForce.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- Results-driven mindset with a competitive spirit and a strong desire to exceed goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional presence with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
