Director (RN) Case Management

Status/FTE: FT / 0.8-1.0 FTE

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 - two-year commitment

Relocation: Up to $10,000 with receipts 

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Current state RN license
  • One (1) year of Hospital Case Management experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • BLS

Preferred qualifications:

  • Two (2) - Five (5) years of Hospital Case Management leadership experience 
  • MSN

 

Additional Information/Department information: The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in all surgical procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.
