Job Description Summary
The VIL RTP International team of Second Line Risk Management is looking for a Director, Risk Framework who will have responsibility for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) methodology, risk reporting, policies and process documentation; providing advice, guidance and oversight across the RTP VIL International markets and building and developing strong partnerships within Risk structure and wider internal/external stakeholders.
Role: • Develops and implements policies and procedures to minimize exposure and drive the credit management infrastructure and proper controls• Supports leadership, leveraging a superior understanding of generally accepted accounting industry audit standards and internal control concepts and principles, risks and regulations• Manages cross-functional initiatives to deliver on risk goals, policies and procedures • Drives preparations for Audit Committee meetings, including reviewing documentation and analysis• Advises on local and/or regional business strategies; partners with local teams to optimize risk-related policies• Manages and supports thoughtful underwriting of credit exposures, risks and/or policies and procedures• May manage preparation of external reporting and oversee internal reporting
All About You:
Strong Operational Risk experience within Financial Services• Strong regulatory knowledge on Payment Services across multiple jurisdictions• Experience conducting Risk and Control-Self Assessments across different Business Units • Strong risk reporting skills • Strong Stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment
