Director, Risk and Compliance - India

What does a successful Director, India Compliance?

As a Director, India Compliance at Fiserv, you will lead our India Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our operations, promoting a culture of ethical behaviour, and minimizing compliance risks across our various functions. Join us in driving compliance excellence and supporting our mission to empower clients and their customers.

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee the India Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with global standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate compliance-related risks.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance the compliance knowledge of employees.
• Collaborate with various departments to monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Represent the company during regulatory audits and manage audit findings effectively.

What you will need to have:

• 15+ years of experience in leading a comprehensive compliance mandate.
• 10+ years of experience with regulatory requirements in India in the banking/payments/financial sectors.

What would be great to have:

• In-depth experience in the Payments sector in India, and underlying technology.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
