We are actively seeking a Director, Rimini Products & ServicesThis role reports to the GVP of Rimini Security & Technology Solutions (STS) and is eligible for remote work from a home office located in Australia.

Position Summary

The Director, Rimini Products & Services is a senior leadership role responsible for organizational planning, resource management, financial planning, compliance, program management, and operational execution across the global Product Services organization. This role is part of the global customer support leadership team and is accountable for delivering structured, repeatable implementation, managed services, support, and related services for Rimini Street security, interoperability, monitoring, and other product offerings.

Product Services applies disciplined project management and delivery practices to support client implementations, managed services, and ongoing product support for both internally developed and commercial products. The Director will lead global project and delivery teams, develop team capabilities, drive operational efficiency, manage client relationships, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction, service quality, and delivery performance.

This role also requires strong client-facing leadership during complex or high-pressure situations, including security-related escalations and active client incidents. The Director will work directly with client stakeholders, including security teams, SOC teams, and C-level executives, to support clear communication, coordinated response, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate must be decisive, trusted, calm under pressure, and able to operate effectively in a demanding global client-service environment.

The Director will serve as an internal and external advocate for Product Services, partnering with Support, Service Development, Sales, Marketing, vendors, and consulting organizations to strengthen Rimini Street’s market position. This includes identifying opportunities to use AI, automation, and vendor partnerships to improve implementation support services, enhance service delivery efficiency, and deliver measurable value to clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for multiple global Product Services delivery teams, with engineers and delivery resources distributed across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
  • Build, grow, and develop a strong, cohesive Product Services organization, including monitoring skill requirements, supporting sourcing and hiring, leveraging industry relationships to attract top talent, and developing team capabilities.
  • Develop internal and external relationships that increase visibility, credibility, and adoption of the Rimini Street Products & Services organization.
  • Drive operational metrics, processes, and governance to ensure the organization delivers high-quality services, operates efficiently, and scales effectively.
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and executive-level presentations at client, industry, sales, and leadership forums as an advocate for Rimini Street and Product Services.
  • Establish and promote Project Management Office discipline, standards, and repeatable delivery practices that can be used within Product Services and across related teams.
  • Inspire and guide Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, QA Engineers, Support Engineers, Regional Managers, and other Product Services team members to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and financially responsible projects.
  • Manage client escalations during security incidents, providing timely assistance, leadership, and clear communication to support coordinated resolution activities.
  • Work directly with clients’ security teams, SOC teams, and executive stakeholders to manage active security situations, align response actions, and support effective communication between client and Rimini Street teams.
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve implementation support services, enhance delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve client outcomes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with technology vendors and partners to enhance AI-enabled capabilities that improve implementation, support, managed services, and overall service delivery processes.
  • Develop hands-on product knowledge by learning and testing Rimini Street product offerings in a lab environment, using that experience to work with partners on product enhancements, contribute to roadmap decisions, and closely monitor support cases for trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement by translating lessons learned from implementations, escalations, and security incidents into repeatable processes, delivery playbooks, and operational improvements.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides Program Management oversight of multiple simultaneous projects currently underway, assisting Project Managers as necessary and ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality for internal projects which impact the groups.
  • Coordinates regular management team meetings with regional leadership and ensures follow up on projects assigned by the Group Vice President – Rimini Products, Services, Innovation and Development
  • Be a thought leader. Keep abreast of current trends in the market and be able to articulate how they impact the Company
  • Participate in appropriate professional organizations. Attend various conferences both in person and virtually and take part in user groups
  • Lead thoughtful and reflective ‘lessons learned’ activities to learn from the past and benefit the future of Project Delivery within the organization
  • Review and amend proposed commercial agreements and provide coaching to sales, legal and other groups on Product Services related requirements
  • Assist the Product Services team for timely delivery and to achieve all Client and Employee satisfaction targets while managing to financial targets
  • Communicate effectively across various organizations within Rimini Street (e.g., sales, client engagement (renewals), client on-boarding, development & QA, support, etc.)
  • Provide expertise as needed to clients, Product Services team members, and with sales calls
  • Be committed to excellence and high-quality standards (other job-related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time)

Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent security certifications are desired; if not currently held, the candidate should be willing to complete an appropriate certification within the next 18–24 months.

  • 15+ years relevant experience delivering complex projects at a Corporate / Enterprise level
  • Track record building teams for optimal delivery of repeatable projects
  • Global leadership experience managing a diverse team in multiple geographies

  • Experience with Salesforce and Financial Force or other Professional Services Automation software.
