Position Overview:
As the Director of Revenue Operations at VuMedi, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence. You will lead a team that spans sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations, working closely with executive leadership to achieve our revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-functional communication.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize technology solutions, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, to support revenue generation efforts.
- Oversee the creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Lead the forecasting and reporting process, providing accurate revenue forecasts and performance updates to executive leadership.
- Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations to drive innovation and keep the company competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within healthcare professional (HCP) engagement platforms, digital healthcare media, or healthcare education technology companies.
- Proven track record of leading GTM strategy, optimizing revenue processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience with a scaling, high growth company would be a plus
