Triple Whale is looking for a hands-on, strategic and data-driven Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead our revenue operations strategy, systems, and processes. You will lead a growing team and be instrumental in optimizing and aligning our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success efforts to drive seamless, scalable revenue growth as we establish ourselves as a leader in the ecomOS space. You will own and enhance the core RevOps functions, managing major initiatives in attribution, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and Hubspot infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work cross-functionally to build and streamline processes, reporting structures, and systems to support rapid, measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Process Optimization
* Serve as a leader for Revenue Operations, setting strategy for cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive revenue efficiency and effectiveness, working with teams across Hubspot, Chili Piper, Gong, Apollo, and other tools.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
* Develop and oversee full-funnel reporting, optimizing marketing spend by tracking performance and metrics of paid marketing channels.
* Manage lifecycle marketing operations, enhancing communication strategies at each stage of the customer journey to improve retention and conversion rates.
* Lead the development of attribution models, lead scoring, and marketing ROI tracking.
Data & CRM Management
* Oversee Hubspot operations, ensuring data accuracy, effective sales routing, and campaign ROI tracking for optimized marketing performance.
* Establish and manage a system for list uploads and data enrichment to ensure efficient lead handling and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, facilitating a smooth integration between product usage data and revenue operations.
* Support event planning and coordination to facilitate data analysis and optimize post-event engagement and sales conversions.
* Lead and support the development of customer and affiliate referral programs.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Implement analytics frameworks to assess marketing and sales effectiveness, working to continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
* Drive comprehensive reporting across all go-to-market activities to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the Revenue Operations team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability.
* Actively support team members’ professional development through regular coaching, feedback, and training on industry best practices and tools.
* Lead by example, establishing clear expectations, empowering team members, and maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.
* Facilitate open communication within the team to drive alignment, goal-setting, and innovative problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, within a SaaS company, preferably with experience in eCommerce.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Hubspot and experience with other revenue tools (e.g., Gong, Chili Piper, Intercom); familiarity with GA4, SQL, and/or Python is a plus.
Leadership Skills: 3+ years experience managing a revops team. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, build alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Proven track record of developing and optimizing attribution models, full-funnel reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
