Role Overview:
Reporting to the VP-Revenue Operations you will lead the North America Revenue Operations team, Owning forecasting, Pipeline Tracking, QBR and GTM Planning focusing on becoming best in class Revenue Operations organisation, supporting execution, retention and growth.About the Role:
You will support the VP in being the Strategic advisor to our Chief Revenue Officer and
Applying your inspirational and disciplined style, you will evolve the overarching Revenue and Sales Operations strategy and organizational structure in alignment with our GTM model.
Coach, support and lead the professional development of your direct reports to foster and ensure a positive, open, innovative, disruptive and high performing environment for your teams.
You will collaborate with leaders from Finance, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, HR and Professional Services to align and optimize data management systems, collective KPI’s, data sets and dashboards, leading to a more modern, unified approach to global revenue operations.
Partner with Sales and Channel leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, advancing the vision for Revenue Operations with a focus on maturing systems, programs and processes, pricing and revenue models, and developing strategies aligned to Sales productivity objectives.
About You:
You have an inspirational, disciplined sales operations governance background on a global scale that includes strategic and tactical business unit leadership experience, combined with an open, honest and collaborative people leadership style.
Your career history must include a minimum of 10 years Revenue Operations leadership experience in combination with revenue oversight. Ideally, your experiences have been gained in a variety of enterprise software company environments, ranging from market-leading global corporations to private equity-backed companies to young, rapid-growth start ups.
Your management history must include growing and evolving teams nto top performers with an innovation mindset through talent assessment, talent acquisition, performance management and succession planning.
Core Revenue Operations experience should include interactions with Deal Desk, Order Operations, Global Sales Analytics, GTM Strategies, Pricing models and Channel/Partner Operations.
Planned global travel will take place.
