The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the strategic transformation of our patient call center into a centralized, high-performing engagement hub. This experienced leader will oversee operations, implementation of new technology, and drive organizational strategies to enhance stakeholder experience and streamline revenue cycle processes.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to unify fragmented call center and revenue operations into an integrated, patient-centric model. Your leadership will directly impact service quality, operational efficiency and patient insurance access delivering measurable improvements in both patient experience and financial performance.

What will you do? 

Operational Excellence & Centralization: 

  • Develop and implement a centralized patient engagement model that consolidates communication across key stakeholders.
  • Align call center operations with organizational goals for patient and stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish scalable processes to support revenue cycle functions, resolve billing inquiries, and manage stakeholder interactions.
  • Set short- and long-term goals for teams based on key performance metrics and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee processes to ensure effective optimization of revenue cycle design, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address areas not meeting stated goals.
  • Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners

  • Build relationships within the ROPS organization and across diverse departments

  • Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and recommendations to executive leaders
  • Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across various stakeholder groups

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
  • Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies along with proven change leadership
  • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives

Strong knowledge and experienced practice with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00 - $161,700.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
