Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA)
Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
What You’ll Need
- Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55.00 to $65.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry. Some of our excellent benefits for full-time employees include:
