Lead and oversee post-acute rehabilitation services (PT/OT/SLP/COTA), collaborate with physicians and families, document patient progress, and support patients in achieving long-term rehabilitation goals while ensuring high-quality interdisciplinary care.

Assist therapists with patient care and non-clinical tasks in an outpatient setting: monitor exercises, transport patients, prepare treatment areas, perform clerical duties, maintain equipment and records, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines under direct supervision.

Assist licensed PT/OT/SLP with patient-related and non-patient tasks: prepare treatment areas, monitor exercises for safety, transport patients, perform clerical/EMR duties, maintain equipment and clinic cleanliness, and communicate patient needs to therapists.
