Assist therapists with patient care and non-clinical tasks in an outpatient setting: monitor exercises, transport patients, prepare treatment areas, perform clerical duties, maintain equipment and records, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines under direct supervision.

Assist licensed PT/OT/SLP with patient-related services and non-patient tasks in an outpatient clinic. Duties include monitoring exercises, patient transport, preparing treatment areas, clerical support, equipment maintenance, documentation in EMR, inventory control, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Assist licensed PT/OT/SLP with patient-related and non-patient tasks: prepare treatment areas, monitor exercises for safety, transport patients, perform clerical/EMR duties, maintain equipment and clinic cleanliness, and communicate patient needs to therapists.

The Director of Rehabilitation leads therapy care, collaborates with healthcare teams, documents patient progress, and supports rehabilitation goals.

Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, payroll entries, invoices, and analyses. Monitor revenues, expenses, and commissions; resolve discrepancies; assist audits and collections (including Medicare denials); maintain accounting controls, databases, and reporting. Support managers with financial reports and recommend process improvements to enhance fiscal performance.
