- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Analytics, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned and appropriately sequenced
- Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across the portfolio

- Lead the operating cadences for the portfolio of compliance and regulatory initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide milestones
- Partner with Analytics to establish and maintain governance over core metrics, definitions, and reporting standards across the Organization

- Influence across teams, resolve tradeoffs, and ensure follow-through—especially when priorities compete
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across multiple functional inputs and internal and external reporting channels
- Unlock vendor performance by defining the right KPIs, enforcing SLAs, and driving disciplined, cross-functional management of contracts and partnerships
Drive AI-enabled transformation
Identify where AI can unlock step-change outcomes that re-invent outdated processes, then partner with the relevant teams to pilot, measure, and scale.
- Champion a Culture of AI Literacy and drive the adoption of an "AI-first" mindset across the team by fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Create executive narratives
Produce tight, compelling materials for senior leaders, problem statements, options, tradeoffs, recommendations, and clear asks.
- Shape the internal narrative on organizational impact, risk mitigation, and performance outcomes and translate into high-quality executive and ELT materials.
