First responsible for Business Development (hunting) and Account Management team (farming) for the region assigned, by supporting Sales Reps during win to win process from prospecting to closing deals.

Deberes

  • Supervise & authorize 2 times per week, Pipeline opportunities with sales reps, regarding new clients opportunities and SOW for existing clients.
  • Constant coaching and continuous improvement of direct reports (CA & Sales Reps) through 1:1 meetings to review topics such as: best practice sharing, prospecting improvements, improvement in financial statement analysis, product understanding, etc. Focus on professional development of the team.
  • Constant accompaniment visiting potential clients os prospects with sales Reps helping them with negotiation,etc.
  • Territory reviews, push the performance of each sales rep, generate and improve business strategies focused on origination, services, revenue, new customers, share of wallet (SOW), etc. Team management, coaching, personal development and constant motivation to the team.

Education and Experience

  • MBA.
  • +10 year of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
     

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Leadership & motivation skills are required.
  • Focus on the client.
  • Strong commitment to the client.
  • Financial skills.
  • Commercial skills.
  • Be able to have financial & commercial conversations & negotiations with C Levels.
  • Sales Force. Knowledge in financial models. Linked in - Sales navigator. Hunting & farmer skills.
