Job Location & Environment: Field-based role within assigned U.S. region (e.g., West, Central, East). Frequent travel required (approximately 50–75%) to support hospital accounts, clinical cases, and team development. Job Description Summary: Responsible for driving commercial execution and growth within an assigned region for a high-growth TAVR organization. The Regional Sales Director leads regional sales strategy, supports clinical adoption of transcatheter aortic valve therapies, and builds strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and key opinion leaders. The role includes recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing sales and clinical team while achieving revenue targets, expanding account adoption, and contributing to overall organizational growth in a dynamic, early-stage environment and therapy awareness and adoption growth via collaboration with JVT functional SME’s and other colleagues  Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed regional sales revenue, case volume, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategy
  • Drive new account development and expand utilization within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
  • Provide field leadership and support during clinical cases
  • Partner with Clinical, Professional Education, Finance, HR and Marketing teams
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales, therapy and clinical teams
  • Lead performance through coaching and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Maintain forecasting, CRM, and reporting discipline
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  • Travel extensively to support business needs
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of medical device sales experience or 10 + years sales or Commercial Ops and or Marketing leadership in Structural Heart.
  • TAVR or structural heart experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, clinical aptitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to develop and manage a high-performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to lead, influence, create and work within cross-functional team environments.
 Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in hospital environments including Cath labs and operating rooms.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA
  • 12+ years medical device sales experience OR 10+ years sales/commercial operations/marketing leadership in Structural Heart
  • TAVR or structural heart experience
  • Ability to travel frequently (approximately 50-75%)
  • Proven leadership and team development experience (recruit, onboard, coach high-performing sales/clinical teams)
  • Clinical aptitude and ability to provide field support during clinical cases in cath labs/OR
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influence skills
  • Forecasting, CRM, and reporting discipline
  • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant policies and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Ability to work in hospital environments including Cath labs and operating rooms
