About Kiddom

Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. Through unparalleled curriculum management functionality, Kiddom empowers schools and districts to take ownership of their curriculum – resulting in learning experiences tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of local communities. Kiddom’s high-quality curriculum is layered with robust teacher and leader data insights to drive the continuous improvement of instructional decisions, school/district programming, and professional learning.

As Kiddom's Director, Referral Partnerships, you will work to establish and deepen relationships with organizations in the K-12 district consulting, professional learning (PL), and intervention spaces, ultimately developing new channel sales opportunities for our supplemental offerings, including assessments, tutoring, and Kiddom Atlas.

Kiddom has active relationships with many of the leading organizations in this space already; this role will be about formalizing and commercializing those relationships, resulting in a structured channel program that generates revenue, expands our reach, and creates a path to core curriculum adoption.

The right candidate moves quickly, builds commercial trust with external partners, and knows how to build a program that drives results without creating conflict with direct sales teams. You will work closely with Go-to-Market, Legal, and Product to ensure every partnership is commercially sound, operationally clean, and positioned to convert supplemental activity into long-term core curriculum purchases.

What you'll be doing...

    Partner Sourcing and Evaluation

    • Evaluate the supplemental and services landscape, conducting a structured diligence across commercial, operational, and reputational dimensions

    • Build business cases for each relationship based on organizational reach, reputation, and differentiated offerings

    Program Execution

    • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution, onboarding, and ongoing performance management

    • Work with Kiddom Marketing and Product to build enablement materials partners need to represent Kiddom's supplemental offerings accurately and effectively

    • Host regular partner reviews and develop shared success metrics tied to student reach, revenue, and core curriculum upsell

    Governance and Reporting

    • Maintain channel pipeline with clear stage information and commercial tracking

    • Report to VP, Partnerships on partner performance, revenue, and market coverage

    • Surface risks and opportunities proactively; propose path forward before problems escalate

What we're looking for...

    • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within edtech or K-12 services organization

    • Direct experience building or operating within a channel or reseller program

    • Experience negotiating commercial agreements

    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and excited by a greenfield motion; able to create structure without waiting for it

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
