  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.

  • Identify and execute initiatives to improve yield, cost of quality (CoQ), cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead cross-functional improvement programs across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

  • Monitor quality performance metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and improvement.

  • Support product lifecycle quality from design transfer through commercialization and post-market surveillance.

  • Provide strategic oversight and input into the Quality Management System, ensuring it supports operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of QMS Compliance & Governance to:

    • Ensure alignment between QMS processes and business needs.

    • Translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable manufacturing practices.

  • Work with suppliers and manufacturing to meet quality target goals and drive issue resolution for quality problems.

  • Lead and participate in various quality projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

  • Set clear performance expectations and objectives.

  • Implementing and optimizing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment and ensure products adhere to quality standards and track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.

  • Build and lead a high-performing quality organization, promoting a proactive quality culture across all functions and acting as the operational voice of quality ensuring procedures are implemented and effective

  • Coach and develop talent, strengthen organizational capability in quality and continuous improvement and develop team capability in communication, including coaching on effective escalation, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

  • Identify gaps in communication effectiveness and implement improvements to strengthen alignment, speed of decision-making, and organizational execution.
