Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust quality control strategies and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with rigorous industry standards
  • Drive the evolution of the quality control function to align with organizational goals and cutting edge engineering practices
  • Lead and manage a highly skilled team of quality control engineers and technicians
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the quality control engineering team
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams, leveraging expertise to proactively identify and resolve intricate quality issues
  • Assume a leadership role in the implementation of corrective actions, bringing a comprehensive engineering perspective to the resolution process
  • Establish and maintain sophisticated quality control metrics and performance indicators, utilizing advanced analytics to inform strategic decision making and ensure continuous improvement
  • Introduce predictive analytics to anticipate and mitigate potential quality challenges
  • Champion and drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives, pushing the boundaries of quality control systems and processes
  • Act as an industry influencer, staying at the forefront of technological advancements and integrating cutting edge practices into operations
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance
  • Demonstrated success in executive-level leadership and management
  • Exceptional knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing quality control systems and processes
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical skills, with a visionary and strategic mindset

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

PAY RANGE

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
