RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment. Able to run a variety of programs including but not limited to, technology systems implementation, operating model design, enterprise-wide change efforts, and mergers, acquisitions and divestures.
- Support the Head of Transformation in overseeing the full portfolio of projects at CIM Group. Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and deliver executive-level updates and recommendations.
- Lead the creation of business cases and investment proposals that articulate strategic rationale, expected outcomes, and ROI. Perform advanced analysis and modeling in Excel to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners to align on goals, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, or risk mitigation across programs and functions—and take the initiative to act on them.
- Lead cross-functional working groups, mentor junior program managers, manage external consultants and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop subject matter expertise in CIM Group’s businesses, understand key business drivers and how projects ultimately contribute to the organization.
- Support the Head of Transformation in executing business cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership strategy meetings.
- Create compelling presentations and executive-ready materials.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- 8+ years of experience in program and project management.
- Experience in leading and developing a team is preferred.
- Background in management consulting and/or financial services strongly preferred.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM is a plus.
