JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and operationalize new initiatives intended to support key areas of service, growth and margin for our Powerloop program.
• Strive for operational execution of our existing plans, goals and focus areas.
• Influence planning cycles within Product, Strategy and Operations where you will be a key stakeholder on workstreams like headcount planning, Objective Key Result (OKR) setting, product roadmapping, and many more.
• Serve as an escalation point of execution failures and as a collaborative partner for affected stakeholders.
• Accountable for execution and continuous improvements in people, processes and programs.
• Key leader responsible for critical decision making and strategy planning and execution for one of the highest investment areas of the business.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing significant cost savings measures to enable profitable growth through deep cross-functional partnership across the operations, commercial and technology organizations.

The Director of Program Management, Powerloop position has 5 direct reports.

• Program Manager I
• Business Analyst Operations II
• Account Manager I
• Associate Manager Client Success
• Program Manager

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering (any), and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, plus the following experience:

1. 4 years of experience in a people management role which includes experience managing other degreed professionals;
2. 4 years of experience with an ability to interpret data from various sources (such as SQL);
3. 4 years of experience leading a Program Management team in a transportation logistics setting that includes managing professionally degreed roles, to include Program Managers, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Vendor Analysts and/or Data Analysts;
4. 4 years of technical experience with product launches;
5. 4 years of experience working with Product to write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new products;
6. 4 years of experience working with data science to establish success metrics for new products;
7. 3 years of experience with Trailer Asset Management including health, visualization, and utilization;
8. 3 years of experience working cross-functionally across leadership teams;
9. 3 years of experience in digital brokerage;
10. 3 years of experience with power only service offering; and
11. 3 years of experience leading vendor partnerships.

• Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer’s Seattle, WA office.
• Requires up to 20% of international travel to other company worksites.
• Experience may be gained concurrently.

 SALARY: $231,374.00 /year
