We’re looking for an exceptional Program Manager – Supply Chain Capital Programs to turn bold strategy into tangible results. In this role, you’ll drive complex capital and infrastructure programs across our global supply chain networks ensuring our sites, systems, and capabilities scale efficiently, sustainably, predictably and with purpose.

The Role 

Program Leadership & Delivery 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex capital investment and infrastructure programs, including new site builds, automation initiatives, and supply network expansions. 
  • Manage scope, budget, and schedule to achieve measurable business outcomes. 
  • Apply best-practice methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid) to ensure predictable and disciplined execution. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Global Supply Chain. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance 

  • Partner with the Senior Director, PMO and functional leaders to align programs with strategic priorities and portfolio objectives. 
  • Drive transparent governance—regularly reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realization to senior stakeholders. 
  • Foster collaboration across global cross-functional teams, ensuring strong engagement and accountability. 

Capital & Investment Management 

  • Oversee capital planning, approval, and financial tracking processes for assigned programs. 
  • Ensure capital efficiency and ROI through rigorous cost-benefit analysis, vendor management, and continuous improvement. 
  • Champion standardization and scalability in infrastructure delivery across geographies. 

Change & Innovation 

  • Lead change initiatives to embed new technologies, automation systems, and operational processes. 
  • Promote innovation through data-driven decision making, digital PMO tools, and best-in-class project delivery practices. 
  • Support cultural adoption of PMO standards across supply chain and engineering teams. 

Capability Building & Mentorship 

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO maturity through process improvement, tool adoption, and coaching of emerging project managers. 
  • Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and excellence in delivery. 

About You 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale capital or infrastructure programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations. 
  • Deep understanding of engineering project management, greenfield and brownfield construction, automation, and/or logistics network expansion. 
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic goals into executable projects with measurable outcomes. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills—comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded). 

Success Metrics 

  • Program Delivery Excellence: 100% of assigned programs delivered within approved scope, schedule, and budget. 
  • Value Realization: Documented ROI and benefits realization for all capital investments. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: ≥90% stakeholder satisfaction across internal program reviews and governance forums. 
  • Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of high-impact risks before escalation. 
  • Capability Growth: Contribution to PMO process improvements and mentorship of junior project managers. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated year-over-year improvement in PMO performance metrics (timeliness, forecast accuracy, efficiency).

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $182,000 - $272,000
