We're seeking someone to join the Program Governance and Execution team within the U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk (NFR), to provide support across various strategic and BAU processes including program coordination, regulatory and Internal Audit exam support, and department operations.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the U.S. Banks NFR Program Governance and Execution team, which is responsible for governance, oversight, and execution of core NFR programs and projects.

What you'll do in the role:
Project & Program Coordination
> Support execution of key NFR initiatives and ad hoc projects, including maintaining project plans and status tracking
> Coordinate across stakeholders of all levels of seniority and background to ensure timely delivery and escalate risks as needed
Regulatory Exam and Audit Support
> Provide overall support for regulatory exam and audit management to include assistance in drafting and/or gathering audit/exam responses and materials from contributors
> Assistance in organizing audit and exam materials
Organizational & Infrastructure Support
> Support organizational and infrastructure activities, including budget and headcount tracking, business continuity, location / space management needs
> Maintain core organizational materials (e.g. org charts, staffing trackers, onboarding materials, distribution lists)
> Ensure materials are current, accurate, and aligned to organizational change
> Assist in the coordination of department events, including quarterly town halls and annual offsites
> Develop executive-ready materials (presentations, summaries, talking points)
> Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across initiatives

What you'll bring to the role:
> Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university
> 5+ years' relevant experience, preferably in financial services, in a Compliance, Operations, or COO role
> Proven project management and coordination experience, supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
> Strong communication, both verbal and written; Content development skills, with experience creating clear, executive-ready materials
> Experience working across cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management skills
> High attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables with precision
> Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
> Interest in AI and automation tools, with the ability to support adoption and process improvements

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
