About the role

AI is fundamentally reshaping how work gets done. Productivity is a strategic lever for scaling the business.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who understands that productivity is not driven by tools alone, but by intentionally designing how work happens.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $350,000 - $474,600 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

What you'll be doing
  • Define and lead Roku’s enterprise productivity strategy, optimizing how work happens across the organization.
  • Engineer a cohesive productivity ecosystem spanning collaboration platforms, workflow tools, knowledge systems, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Establish productivity telemetry and measurement frameworks that provide leaders with visibility into organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify structural friction in how teams operate and design interventions that improve speed, clarity, and execution.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evolve operating norms that support modern, AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Drive intelligent adoption of emerging technologies — including AI assistants and automation — to enhance employee effectiveness.
  • Rationalize the productivity technology landscape, reducing complexity while improving employee experience.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise productivity platforms and services.
  • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on Roku's future of work.

We're excited if you have
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise platforms, digital workplace, productivity, or internal technology products.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success designing operating models or large-scale workflow improvements.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience establishing metrics and translating insights into action.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping new capabilities from the ground up.

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
