Must-Have:
- 6+ years of experience in the construction production field
- 8+ years in managing/ leading a similar function
- Skilled in developing the Production Department strategy, handling day-to-day manufacturing operations, (MOC) initiatives across plants, and monitoring the financial performance
- Certifications in HSSE & TQM
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science
