We are building AI-powered analytics products that are redefining how hospitals operate and how clinicians deliver care. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, data, and product, and requires someone who deeply understands the realities of U.S. healthcare.
You will own the product strategy and roadmap for our acute care and population health analytics suite, including regulatory quality submission capabilities. You will partner directly with clinical and operational leaders across health systems, translate complex CMS and payer requirements into intuitive product experiences, and drive hands-on execution with engineering and data science teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead the vision and roadmap for acute care analytics, population health, and quality measure submission
- Translate Clinical Reality into Product
- Define and prioritize features grounded in real clinical workflows, not just stakeholder inputs
- Convert complex CMS and payer requirements into simple, scalable product capabilities
- Be Hands-On with Data
- Work directly with SQL, EHR data models, and claims data
- Investigate data quality, validate outputs, and drive insights without dependency on analysts
- Lead AI-Driven Product Development
- Drive AI/ML-enabled features from ideation through deployment
- Collaborate closely with data science teams on model behavior, evaluation, and trust
- Navigate Regulatory Complexity
- Translate CMS programs (IQR, VBP, MIPS/QPP, eCQM) into product requirements and workflows
- Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory submission standards (e.g., QRDA, FHIR-based eCQM)
- Engage Senior Healthcare Stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with CMOs, VPs of Quality, and revenue cycle leaders
- Bring domain credibility in customer conversations
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with engineering, data science, clinical informatics, and UX to deliver high-quality products
- Operate effectively in agile environments, managing backlog and delivery priorities
- Enterprise Expectations
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, design, development, release, and lifecycle management
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Define product features aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Drive execution through cross-functional collaboration (engineering, design, research, marketing, business)
- Operate within agile frameworks, managing backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Develop product documentation and support go-to-market efforts with clear product positioning
- Incorporate customer and market feedback to continuously refine product direction
- Own or influence product P&L, ensuring performance against business goals and market expectations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
What You Are Not
- A product manager who delegates all data work to analysts
- Someone without deep experience in acute care or ambulatory analytics
- A high-level strategist disconnected from execution, you are expected to dive deep and guide methodologists, UX, and data science teams
Required Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent degree in clinical, healthcare, data science, or engineering, with experience in U.S. healthcare
- 10+ years of experience across clinical practice, health IT, or health tech

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a health analytics vendor, health system informatics team, or health-focused AI company
- Experience leading 0-1 product builds, not just incremental feature development
- Familiarity with FHIR-based eCQM frameworks and CMS transition requirements
