We’re seeking a Director of Product to operate as a Product Line GM: owning a core business line end-to-end, including strategy, commercial performance, and revenue growth. This is a GM-like role with direct commercial ownership and revenue accountability. You will be responsible not only for building exceptional products, but for driving measurable ARR growth, pricing strategy, market expansion, and disciplined scale/kill decisions tied to P&L performance.
You will lead a talented team of Product Managers and Analysts, translating market insight, technology innovation, and user needs into durable, revenue-generating product lines that strengthen Hello Heart’s leadership in digital cardiovascular health.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a core product line, with clear accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Drive 0→1→scale initiatives—from first-dollar validation through repeatable, durable revenue growth.
- Lead pricing, packaging, and market positioning strategy in close partnership with Commercial and Marketing teams.
- Define and scale repeatable go-to-market motions that support sustained ARR growth.
- Make explicit investment, scale, and kill decisions tied to business impact and P&L performance.
- Develop business cases and success metrics that connect product strategy directly to company growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial to bring high-impact solutions to market with speed and precision.
- Serve as a key voice in executive discussions, communicating complex trade-offs clearly and linking product decisions to strategic and financial outcomes.
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, including ownership of a product line generating meaningful ARR at scale.
- Demonstrated revenue accountability, not just feature delivery.
- Proven 0→1→10 experience launching and scaling new revenue streams into durable businesses.
- Experience leading pricing and packaging strategy with measurable commercial impact.
- Track record of building and scaling repeatable go-to-market motions.
- Demonstrated ability to make disciplined scale and kill decisions tied to business performance.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to P&L outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.

- AI-native product strategy experience that creates defensible and economic advantage.
- Experience operating within B2B2C ecosystems.
