Are you a visionary product leader ready to shape the future of digital experiences? We’re looking for a Director of Product that has previous experience focused on MarTech, audience profile management, segmentation management, machine learning, and familiarity with digital advertising tools—including email, social media, and text marketing. The Director will play a key role in transforming the go-to-market approach to be more automated, journey-based, and personalized. to lead our product strategy, drive innovation, and inspire a high-performing team.
You’ll lead a team of talented product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to bring transformative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a compelling product strategy that aligns with company OKRs and drives long-term growth.
Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver seamless product experiences.
Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of digital products.
Use market research, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
Advocate for user needs and ensure our products deliver meaningful value and delightful experiences.
Present product strategy, progress, and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
8+ years in product management, including 2–4 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing complex product portfolios and leading high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Equivalent experience considered.
Ability to see the big picture while managing the details. Skilled in setting priorities and making data-driven decisions.
Strong background in digital product strategy, web platforms, and user-centric design.
Inspirational leader who motivates teams, builds trust, and drives alignment across functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to executives and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
Location:
This position will be based at our National Executive Office (NEO) in Memphis, TN
The position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule including in office days at NEO.
