Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$134,505 - $181,979
Proven coach and mentor with experience in leading Agile teams.
Lead multi-disciplinary, agile teams with technical or business diversity. These teams will be responsible for delivering changes and improvements to multiple business-critical systems within a solutions portfolio.
What you’ll do:

Ensure teams are aligned on technical and process direction

Facilitate cross-divisional collaborative efforts to deliver outstanding solutions

Use your knowledge of corporate partnerships and leadership to deepen key relationships

Coach employees through agile delivery processes and methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
-
Remove impediments affecting velocity or quality of deliverables to help the team be productive and focused
-
Develop resourcing and recruitment strategies

Design and propose annual budget
-
Considers policies, regulations and impact on systems when making decisions

Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business and at least eight years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

At least five years in a formal leadership position

Significant record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management

Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
