We're looking for a Director of Product to own our product strategy end-to-end — from vision to shipped product — across a growing multi-product portfolio.

• You'll own the product strategy across our entire portfolio, translating company goals into a coherent direction and driving it from concept through to delivery.

• You'll define and own Product & Technology OKRs with the executive team, cascade them across the organisation, and report on outcomes at C-level.

• You'll lead and develop senior product representatives, building a leadership bench that scales with the business and sets the standard for product excellence.

• You'll prioritise at portfolio level — deciding what gets built, what waits, and what doesn't get built at all, and defending those calls with data.

• You'll be the senior product interface for commercial leadership and key partners, owning the most strategic external relationships.

• You'll champion AI-first ways of working — embedding automation into how the product organisation operates, not just what it ships.

• Proven product leadership at scale — you've led leaders, not just teams, and owned business outcomes across a multi-product environment.

• A strong track record of turning ambiguous business goals into product strategy and shipped results at pace, in fast-moving software companies.

• Executive presence — you're comfortable setting OKRs with a C-suite, reporting at board level, and being held to what you committed.

• Commercial fluency — you're as at home in revenue and business conversations as you are in product requirements.

• Sharp analytical grounding — you know your numbers cold and make prioritisation decisions with them.

• Background in online gaming or experience building consumer-facing products at scale is strongly preferred.

This is a genuinely high-impact seat. You won't be managing up through layers of bureaucracy — you'll be shaping product direction at the top table of a fast-scaling company that builds things people actually play and love.
