What You'll Do

As the Director of Product Operations, you’ll partner directly with the VP of Product & Programming for the Unreal Ecosystem, acting as a right-hand. This is a hybrid Chief of Staff/Product Operations role focused on reducing operational drag, improving cross-functional flow, and giving product teams the structure and clarity to move fast.

In this role, you will
  • Build Scalable Systems - Define and implement repeatable processes: roadmaps planning, evergreen decks update, SKO prep, GTM, etc. and ensure these are being executed - Ensure product teams have the right tooling / frameworks / workflows and that they are being utilized effectively - Create tracking frameworks for product metrics such as usage, satisfaction, customer insights, etc.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Flow - Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, etc. - Organize and deliver regular updates on product initiatives, performance metrics, and project status to stakeholders - Support product leadership in the organization of team events - Facilitate decision making by gathering analysis, research, and recommendations
  • Drive Strategic Ops - Run projects that impact product org efficiency and alignment - Lead planning and executive review prep alongside product leadership; summarize feedback and action items gathered during the review session - Surface insights and bottlenecks and propose fixes proactively
What we're looking for
  • Understanding of product management
  • Past experience dealing with wide variety of disciplines
  • Strong organizational skills and past experience streamlining processes
  • Experience with Computer Graphics and 3D; Videogames a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking; Past experience at a top consulting firm a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • International experience or experience in a global organization

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (excluding CA, NY, & WA).
